Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders.

The estimated delivery time is between 4-14 days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen events such as natural disaster.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped. This email will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Pressure Point is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Pressure Point is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package was damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of the U.S. and Canada.

  • Return Authorization required
  • Your item(s) must be returned within the first 30 days of your purchase
  • Your item(s) must be received in like new condition in the original, undamaged packaging
  • No restocking fee will be applied to your eligible refund if your authorized return is received within the first 30 days in the condition mentioned above
  • Once we receive the return device to our warehouse, it will take approximately 2 business day to process a refund
  • Once we issue the refund, it can take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your original method of payment

In association with the product, our company makes no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, of title, or of non-infringement of third party rights. Use of the product by a user is at the user’s risk.

What does this warranty cover?

  • it covers any defects in material within the first 365 days
  • it covers any defects in workmanship under normal use within the first 365 days

What will we do to correct problems?

  • Within the first 365 days, we will replace the product, at no cost, for the original purchaser at the discretion of the company

How long does coverage last?

  • 12 month warranty on the product

  • Damage of product resulting from negligence
  • Damage of product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
  • Damage caused by natural disaster
  • Theft or loss of the product
  • Damage of product resulting from misuse
